You could ask the incompetent clowns* behind this omnishambles to honor the existing "investors" old share holding but there's no earthly reason why they should, and if they gave a tuppenny damn about their existing marks they would never have let it get delisted - while lying through their teeth about how the SEC had never contacted them - in the first place.
