Here you see in slow motion why ADVERTISING is a necessity, not a luxury, for small cap companies.
SMMW, BKMP, FHAL SLJB, can trade millions of shares in a day, regardless of whether they're turning a profit, because of their efforts maintaining a visible presence in the eye of the market. (and I don't meant to say those companies are not making money...but even if there were little objective proof of it, people would take a chance on them, because of their excellent PR work)
GPHYF management, on the other hand, believe that their work speaks for itself, and they don't need to 'lower' themselves to advertise their discoveries.
WRONG WRONG WRONG!
I want to call their offices and give them a wakeup call, except I don't own any stock here. Nor will I until I see them hire a PR agent.
It's a shame, too. Nice low float company with real prospects. It's been on my radar for a while.
Makes me wonder why some firms even bother to go public in the first place, if they don't want to bother watering the plant now and then.
