FASC can never be "relisted", as the ticker has been not just delisted, but actually revoked:

This is irrevocable, of course, and anybody unfortunate enough to be still holding FASC shares needs to know they are quite literally worthless.

The (to be kind*) shambling incompetents behind this farrago could always try to launch a new company with the same story, but I suspect the pool of likely victims has dried up by now.

* A less kind but more accurate description would be dishonest conmen who consistently lied to their investors, or "marks" as Brian invariably referred to them.
