This deal is much better than the previous one IMHO. It is a straight-forward sale based on the average evaluation from 2 independent well-known firms, with a pretty immediate payout. The last deal was a payout over years with provisions to reduce the payout based on the output of the mine. Night and day difference but maybe I'm missing something.
