yeah but its about to explode because their website says they have 3 phase 3 programs. Plus they are on the nasdaq now. You are going to be sorry for posting all this pps decline stuff because its going to go to the moon soon because it is really undervalued and people just havent realized it yet after 30 years. I like to throw money at phase 3 candidates before asking basic general questions about the chances of having success I just assume if its phase 3 its going to be really good even if they have to do wierd things to get money and uplist. You are going to be so sorry when its trading over 100 real soon cause they have government money did you know that. Yeah they do everything for free so its a win win for shareholders plus if you play your cards right and trade this constantly downtrend security you can get to a point where your shares are free and you just get millions when it explodes. You'll see. Watch.
