Hello again Midas;
Pancreatic is such a nasty cancer that i fear we might be overly ambitious in taking it on.
It's taken my splendid mother in law and 3 longtime friends, and now 2 more are fighting it. But one of them responded to chemo very nicely and is still working his ranch some years later. His onco-doc keeps hauling back in and poisoning him and the missing tumors anew ( he doesn't like that part!) but he's still alive, and keeps doing it in the face of the mortality rate.
Sure hope bl 80-40 works! I suspect it will take multiple checkpoint inhibitors together to really do the deed...And to do that, they need to be targeted tumor specific to minimize the cumulative side effects.
