well, we only have a few choices left and "reputation" is the last thing I worry about personally.

Here is what we can do as a group:

- "do nothing" and wait till the symbol is dropped by the last MM effectively revoking UCPA from trading.
- Writing off the investment in UCPA and asking broker to remove stock from account
- become pro-active and realize that the value of the combined publicly held ownership is greater in the hands of a strategic investor than it is in the hands of many small shareholders. This should be the job of management.

This is the only quorum of UCPA shareholders that I know of. I'm not going to do something against majority will, but it is hard to figure out just what that majority view on this subject is.

In one of my last emails with Barn Cat, he asked me to go ahead finding a seller for our combined holdings of about 100 million shares. A week later, he was kicked out of Ihub and his email account was terminated.
