Global Technologies Ltd, incorporated on January 20, 1999, is the provider of Information Technology (IT) solutions. The Company is the distributor and warranty agent of Dell products in Papua New Guinea (PNG) including Dell desktops, laptops, servers and storage. Additional products available include NCR ATM Banking Solutions, VoIP and a range of brands for hardware, software, consumables and antivirus solutions. The Company also offers consultation, design, supply, implementation and maintenance for network and communications solutions. The Company designs LAN/WAN data network, IP telephony, Wireless networks, VPNs, Security solutions, Storage Area Networks and Structured Cabling systems as per the customers’ requirement.
The Company as a distributor of Dell products distributes hardware products, such as OPTIPLEX 7010DT BASE DESKTOP, OPTIPLEX FX 130 THIN CLIENT, OPTIPLEX 790 DT, OPTIPLEX 790 SF and OPTIPLEX 790 USFF. The Company provides network consultancy, planning, design and implementation, technical consultancy services, project management, systems analysis and reviews, systems development and programming, and trouble shooting for its customers. It retails Dell Computers and servers, NCR ATMs, HP/Epson/Oki/Lexmark laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix Printers, Inter-networking Equipment, CISCO Networking equipment and Powerware / APC UPS. It is also a provider for communications equipment ranging from IP based PABX's and other VOIP solutions. In addition to providing basic software such as Windows and MS Office, it also provides utilities, anti-virus and specialist software solutions tailored to suit the customers’ business objectives.
The Company through its subsidiary Global Internet Ltd, offers a range of products and services to do business, online. The Company provides internet services with flexible plans, tools and support for the customers’ business. The Company’s internet services include Satellite, Wireless, ADSL, Dial-up and web hosting.
