Almost 14 billion shares outstanding which is an increase of ~83% from 11/11/16.

Company has approximately 736 billion shares Authorized for future issuance.

Series A warrants outstanding would currently be exercisable into an aggregate of approximately 632 billion shares of common stock, plus the additional 40 billion or so aggregate shares held by the underwriter.

That's cutting it close with 736 billion available in authorized shares!

What's funny is I remember when Black Scholes value of issued shares used to be around $1, and now it's $1.5 million LOL.
