It seems pretty clear that the issue revolved around the vision for Galenfeha and that difference of opinion is why Ketner left. Also seems that his vision for the company has won out, is supported fully by the BOD and needs a little more time to fully judge the results. I believe that he will accomplish them for the shareholders, but the proof is in the pudding.

As far as other Boards - I am only aware of one other and your account seems highly slanted to the negative. I am sure there are two sides to the story and don't forget that he did achieve significant success there at some point during his tenure.
