Pwcl management has done Nothing in almost 2 years.

We have been waiting on BIG news for even longer.

They are 2 years behind on finishing the Japan project.

Is the BIG news another Powerpoint presentation on how they are going to be a 100 million dollar energy company? That last fluff did not even budge the pps.

Not trying to be skeptical-but when a company stops answering their phone it is a bad sign.
