I agree regarding the dilution of shares. I have experienced that "rodeo", more than once.However most of my shares came as a result of the spin-off,so I don't have a great deal to lose.I have fortunately retained my interest in this stock , as taking a loss to shelter other capital gains is nonexistent. FWIW
