The CEO is also an officer at his father's company which is worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 million and been in business for 55 years.

Over the last few days bids have been moving up and getting thicker as the ask is getting nibbled in anticipation of their first official filings (which are late as explained in the NT 10-Q) to hit.

Check 'em out. They just went public last November, own several subsidiaries, and been growing at like 40%. They return emails also.
