Let's use a different analogy. The movie "The Perfect Storm" ended with the ship sinking and everyone dying. I hope this merger isn't the Perfect Storm. :)
Kidding aside, the thing I'm concerned about is dilution of our shares. Yes, it sounds like they are bringing their fair share to the merger, but without the details of the merger and the potential reverse split, it's hard to come up with a valuation of this stock once the merger occurs.
