1- 650M OS 394M FLOAT 211M Shares held closely by insiders restricted. There has been NO DILUTION in NWAV in MONTHS.
2-This is extremely undervalued with a market cap of around $1M. The annual estimated revenue from the average alternative medicinal clinic (just 1 clinic) is well over $1M conservatively speaking.
3- With 6 initial clinics opening feb-april that would be approx. $6M in revs on the low side, with just the initial 6 clinics and many more planned to open in 2017.
4- A 1:1 PE ratio would translate to over .01 a share. Most healthcare stocks have PE ratios of 25. That would make a fair industry valuation of .25 and add in the cannabis effect it would even be higher. Most cannabis stocks trade with astronomical PE's and don't earn a dime. NWAV will begin to earn revs starting in february...days away.
5- A reverse merger of the PAO GROUP into the NWAV shell happened q3 of 2016. The company has NEW MANAGEMENT now and is also applied an application to FINRA for a name/symbol change.
