Some nice REVS, IF the transaction finalizes....

In 2017, the acquisition candidate is projecting to grow about 4500 pounds of flower and 4700 pounds of trim per year. The trim will be sold for use in the cannabis oil concentrate business.

4,500 x $1,595 = $7,177,500 -Flower
4,700 x $400 = $1,880,000 - Trim

U.S. Cannabis Spot Index up 1.7% to $1,595 per pound.
?The simple average (non-volume weighted) price increased $58 to $1,790 per pound, with 68% of transactions (one standard deviation) in the $1,187 to $2,394 per pound range.

However, trim from cannabis varieties that are high in CBD is currently demanding the highest prices – up to $400 per pound – as this non-psychoactive cannabinoid has been demonstrated to have a variety of medical uses, most notably as an anticonvulsant to treat seizure disorders.
