Just saying: there's more than meets the board's eye. Saying something else: there is a patent issue until there isn't, and so far Anavex has not been clear. Once again, common sense: why wouldn't the co. be unambiguously clear about the patent? Why wouldn't they say, if they could, we have a patent, instead of there are no patent issues? Simple. Because they don't have the patent issued resolved. Another obviouser one, as Tom points out, no one will buy Anavex until patent is resolved. And anyone who doesn't believe this, I would like you to post a list of biotech companies that were bought with a patent pending on their principle molecule. Just facts. Not alternative ones, either.
