In ccj's recent press release the ceo states there is no evidence of the supply glut abating and most utilities are taking a wait and see approach regarding the kaz production cut, so the recent run-up in u stocks is clearly based on hope, he also states utilities are covered until 2022 or so, and no recovery expected for another 2 to 3 years in price of U, all his words not mine, look it up.
However slowly accumulating U stocks at this time is not a bad idea, but they will pull back at some point this year when hope and reality meets, imo
