companies without any major debts usually do not have a problem rebuilding themselves

they are as debt free and have a very clean Balance Sheet these days - its a plus for getting access to new funds

every time I try to paint a very negative picture about the company to them - they reply by saying the CEO has put ALOT of money into this company

which is another way of saying - they are going to rebuild the company when all the steps to get it to where they need is done

otherwise they would not have sent the shareholder letter out, got rid of all the debts thru settlements and conversions

its not a guarantee but what they have done already are very positive steps
