that's the only way to get rid of the dividend requirements

they already diluted the shares back in March with the Magna Equity exchange offer trying to get rid of some of the preferred

If the COO wanted to talk to me directly if I had preferred shares - that's the only conclusion I come up with but I am trying to find out the real story if that's possbile
