I'm not that smart but I know this if a company had these legal issues you say malc I would think ...No legit company could merge with it....orrv would not even qualify for a merger.and I know this a legit company would not just put out a,letter of intent with a company that it's legal team has not investigated, smart people who do well as Wil didnt get their being ignorant to the facts of a business deal . I'm a dummy but I have common sense ...
