At fault is not the issue here.

At that document CLEARLY shows Tracy knows he is under SEC investigation.

"At fault" is not the issue - the issue is Tracy failed to reveal to the Nevada court when taking over ORRV via custodianship that he is under SEC investigation, thus rendering the custodianship fraudulent.

On November 5, 2015, Respondent Securities Compliance Group received a subpoena from the Commission requesting that certain documents be produced to the Commission’s Atlanta Regional Office by November 19, 2015. (Declaration of Adam Tracy, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, ¶ 2.)

Tracy has known about the investigation since November 2015. And he hijacked dozens of NV shells afterwards by lying to the court - He states he is not under SEC investigation on all these custodianships.

ORRV is but one of them.
