Nope. McCusker is going about it ALL WRONG if they want to be a legitimate public company.

What audited financials? If McCusker wanted to be a fully reporting audited company he would file a Form 10 or S-1 registration with the SEC and do it the right way from jump.

If he merges into this fraudulent shell it could be quite troublesome.
