however, Josh Sason is a tight fisted negotiator and ruthless businessman

why should Josh help out AMBS when they've defaulted on their loans and now Manga owns AMBS IP

piece-meal selling of the IP at auction may yield great $$$ returns to Magna to payoff the toxic paper faster, more quickly

AMBS has absolutely nothing of value that is anywhere near any commercialization whatsoever

so Fred the IR guy continues to string shareholders along by pontificating a deal is close at hand

both he and Gerald have been singing to each other about this supposed deal for a very long time...
