I'll bet they ask for the right to reverse split again "sometime in the next 3 years" in addition to increasing the authorized shares. They Know its going to be necessary within a year or year in a half just to qualify staying uplisted. They could probably wait till next april to ask being that would take a huge set a corollies to ask again just a year later but I wouldn't put it past them. Regardless they will be reverse splitting again within 18-24 months if not sooner.
