Companies can be profitable and spend lots of money on their operations but if they arent recieving a paycheck, it has to come from somewhere! It looks to me like they are using current shareholders to either get rid of notes or pay salaries. Either way everyone here now will probably be burned by a RS before any shareholders make money.
