Even the most menial of tasks are not completed with accuracy. Another example is violating the same Nasdaq rules within a few months. And we as investors are supposed to believe that this team is competent enough to accomplish much larger more significant and complicated tasks and goals? I have been waiting for years for just a shred evidence that maybe the frequent mistakes are just a coincidence, simple mistakes that could have happened to anyone. I'm still waiting for them to prove me wrong. If this BOD really wants to "go big" I suggest hiring folks with the right skills who can get the job done.
