i would think HJOE would be working on the audit now. also isn't there a reporting form that would allow them to only have to do a recent reporting with some kind of amendments not having to be audited all the way back from the last filings? i thought i read that somewhere in some TYPE OF sec 12..g OR something like that.I AM NOT SURE.
