To become fully reporting DRNK will have to file audited financials for 2014, 2015 and 2016.

In addition Mersky will have to file a registration statement - Form 10 and also have to find a MM to file a 211.

It should be very interesting for DRNK to pass comments on the registration statement with all of the fake acquisitions with Johnson and Chelliah involved - the SEC will love the 54 Billion shares for the acquisition of a worthless company - Media360.

DRNK becoming fully reporting is pretty funny.
