TC, let me ask you a question. Doesn't it seem a little strange to you that LP would need to be "well" in order for the data to be received from the CRO? I agree with Jack that this seems like a deliberate attempt to create evidence that they can't put out a PR without drawing criticism.

And it doesn't take a genius to figure out why. People aren't going to be pleased when you establish a timeline, fail to meet it, and fail to provide an update for several weeks beyond when you failed to deliver. Further, when you do update you blame the delay on someone being sick (like that would stop the data flow that started back in December) and at the same time indicate that the same person had really recovered a week ago which contradicts the PR released on Thursday stating that person couldn't attend the conference due to illness? Yeah imagine that, people will get pissy when they feel they aren't getting the truth. Well, mission accomplished. Evidence collected. It has been proven without a doubt that investors are sick and tired of failed promises and contradictory information.

You just can't make this stuff up.
