- An unexplained trial hold for a year and a half.

- A 95% decimation of shareholder value over the past 18 months.

- Massive toxic dilution over the past 18 months.

- Multiple legal suits that will likely have to be settled.

- Delisting from a major exchange to the OTC due to multiple violations of exchange regulations.

-An SEC inquiry that was recently initiated.

Is all of the above what they deserve credit for, or did I miss something?
