There have been and are more offers between .12 and .158. They just aren't displayed presently because the MMs have lower offers.

IMO ZIVO doesn't have the coin to partner with Nutriquest as described in the presentation. Sez ZIVO will fund the POC. With what money ??

So I expect news on either kick in from HEP Investments or more funding from Paulson to coincide with or be closely tied to a definitive Nutriquest deal and new growing capacity.

Personally I think someone is twisting Dahl's arm on these communication pieces. Even so bold as labeling the company a "compelling buying opportunity".
