MU- huge growth for 2017 & 9 PE

Growth is supposed to be 50%-60% vs 2016, with $2.30+. Then around $3 expected in 2018. Yet the stock languishes at a 9 PE on 2017, and 7.5 PE on 2018. Why I have no idea. China threatening huge competition, but likely not for years.
