S-1 for ESCU is worthless, because it shows the INCREDIBLY OVER VALUATED ASSET with a worth of only $10.

Oops, I was wrong, the ESCU S-1 is not worthless, it is actually incredibly valuable to anyone that wants to see what NOT to invest in.
