Only thing people care about is a moving pps.

This hasn't moved up much in ages and is 50% off it's highs with lesser news and revs and a few other things.

Then you have a stock like OWCP that goes from 01 to almost 1.00.

Market makes no sense
I'd buy some but a declining and stagnant pps does nothing for me.

Insiders need to step up
