It is my opinion, that this is the very beginning of the markets recognition that the new management and ownership of TRON have set forth on their mission to close the Imedscan merger deal.

Based on my DD, the new address of TRON directly connects Hayes and patient trac to imedscan. I intend to prove that Imedscan is extremely valuable landing two huge contracts last year-

1- Acuent Tech - (they make licenses for California drivers)
2- Change Healthcare - (largest collective healthcare company in America)

TRON has only 230mil float and no dilution.

New CEO - (just issued in nvsos) Rene has 30 years experience in international banking and mergers /acquisitions and will be the officer and director of TRON.
