Just got this answer from their support re. when the site will be ready.

We are hoping to get it up and running yet this month, but we are awaiting key elements of the e-commerce process from third-party providers whom we have no control over. We are pushing them as hard as we can, but they know they hold the cards and we are at their mercy. To change providers now would set us back at least an additional month.
