LONGS READ: SDVI Financials/Revenues Next 12 Months w/4_Mergers!!! This is the reason why I have continued to add and load up a truck full or shares in SDVI. Its not the past or company getting current cause any smart money investor or big player knows those numbers will likely be very small but its the next 1 to 12 months financials & revenues ONCE THE 4 MERGERS CLOSE (SDVI announces they official close cause they are already inside SDVI so technically its a done deal imo).

SDVI was dormant for a while and now hitting the ground running so its safe to say the prior financials will not be anything special but moving forward relaunching Graffiti and 4 new mergers (2 are profitable) I'd have to say the revenues and financials from the forward looking 1 to 12 months should be big!

I am assuming Ken will get SDVI current and show some small minor revenues but he will likely disclose the 4 mergers that are in SDVI when it officially closes or thereafter and this will be big numbers imo! These forward looking numbers on the 4 mergers should easily value SDVI with a market cap of $30 million or more or .01 pps or more imo. I have been posting this for awhile cause I can easily see Graffiti and the 4 New mergers doing enough revenues to equate to a $30 million or more market cap as many have mentioned before. With a lock on shares till at least April that would put the PPS at .01 or higher imo.

Also don't forget we now have $890,000 in assets from Graffiti and likely more assets coming on the books after SDVI officially closes the 4 mergers. The numbers should really ADD UP BIG between now and Feb imo.

current valuation is about $3M , if $SDVI provides good solid news as in audited financials showing some yearly revs , Graffiti share status, etc I don't see why it can't be valued around $30M. There are hundreds of condos in the U.S. listed for $3M+, just some perspective.
