"Essentially we will be the western branch of Eontec". Add this to your cross licensing post, and the practical fact Li still has control over his $64 Million now held in LQMT (recently observed by Eagle as well), leads me once again to conclude that this is on the path to merger, with Li having not just controlling but majority ownership, if not more. There are some potential hurdles, like strategic military application and Apple's rights, but this deal is falling into place consistent with a track to merger.

What then, for LQMT outside long holders? I can think of any number of possibilities, most of them frankly, not very favorable to us. There are many ways to plunder a corporation and/or its shareholders, more outside of US regulation than within, but as everyone here knows or should know by now, it happens.

Who would tell Li the deal maker what to do? He would do what he wants. You will be fine, Josh.
