If you check the public records, you will find a lot of unsatisfied judgements. It looks like the only one that they have paid is Opie's tax debt. (Personally I think he paid himself and is still a major player here). Southern has a small judgement but they have not even paid that one as I see no satisfaction of debt filed in that case either. As I recall, DesL did not put his money into HTI, instead it was in the "joint venture" AHS. Is it still a viable company or did it just go away? I do not see Monarch Capitol going away either. They garnished $981.62 from Bank of Fayetteville and that is no where enough to satisfy their judgement.

I am not saying that any of these creditors are not wanting something to happen, but so far nothing is happening except the clock is ticking toward the day when this "new" investor (Opie?) will be selling in quantity and getting fat off of us. Every time I think about those pictures of him and his Ukrainian mail order girlfriend on vacation in the Caribbean that he posted on his Facebook page, it makes my blood boil!
