Do not forget that DesLongchamps invested "slightly more than One Million Dollars" into HTI and I am not surprised that he would be looking to get that back. Also there was evidence - court filings -
that Cunetta also invested but I do not recall a dollar amount being stated.

So - no surprise that DesLongchamps, Cunetta and Coats would sit down and try to figure out how to recoup their losses. For Coats, just getting the IRS Lien paid off had to be a relief.

I have no proof of course but would not surprise me that Herbert Southern and possibly a few others are looking to get something and therefore watching developments closely, perhaps including the IRS.
Monarch Capital also still has a judgment in place.
