Yeah, it won't happen.

That is why they failed to comply with the court order on the document request.

Again, they admitted to firing Glenn. They were insiders and did not comply with insider trading rules - to our detriment.

Glenn almost certainly spilled the beans on this in his deposition so they had no choice but to address it in their objection.
