Exactly techmover. And I believe that she was hoping this would just go away while misleading NXGA shareholders until the statute of limitations passed.

But because of how fast she did it, there were many areas she didn't cover such as delisting the stock first, the dates on her resignation and signing the assets over don't jive, and most importantly, it appears those contracts with EON and Universal are still property of NXGA because there's not one filing or PR announcing NXGA gave them up.

And the fact she filed for a business license in Florida for Ceek VR while she was acting director of NXGA, right after the Universal contract was signed, in my opinion is a dead give away this was pre-meditated.

I'm leaning towards Universal put them on a very tight time line and that's the reason there's so many holes in her ulterior motive to 'pull the rug out' from under shareholders.

Even if now she was to go ahead and file to deregister the stock and file a form stating NXGA relinquished the contracts to Ceek, it would only amplify the fact she's trying to cover her tracks and huge red flags would blow off.
