Usually with startup companies a issuance of a minimum of 10 billion shares of stock is common. Because they have the 10b shares does not mean they will issue all 10b. Look at the financials of this company and you'll see that they have issued just under 1b shares outstanding. Ref. Investopedia for authorized shares and outstanding shares. If the company needs to raise more money they have to file with the sec and provide public notice.

The Hang/w app, already in the google store and works well, is anticipated to generate lots of cash therefore creating no need to issue new stock to raise more money and neither conduct a reverse split, JMHO. GO Friendable$$$$
