that was one of the subsequent questions I asked but they only replied to the original list of questions in my letter to them

they didn't get me the answer on the 3 new ships on order that I asked if they renegotiated the price to the current market prices, if they still plan on taking delivery, and what were their plans on getting them online if they were still taking delivery

maybe some of the preferred shareholders on this board can talk to COO to find out since he apparently wants to talk to the preferred shareholders himself

then you can find out about the new ships while your at it

I don't want to keep calling and asking every few days ie as a Corporate guy myself before - I know the importance of gathering all the questions at a time communicating with them professionally and not a new question every other day like I am hounding them

so if some of you can take the lead and help out that get the preferred and new ships answers that would be great

I know the investor relations guy was at the JP Morgan Biotech conference previous week in San Francisco so I didn't talk to him till just Friday last week to get these answers

I got the other questions answered not all to my satisfaction as they said they were looking into various business deals but had nothing to tell anyone on SEC filing which he said would be the only way they would announce any substantiative news and asked me to get on the email list of for new filings and announcements


I know they announced the Paragon preferred redemption that was only partially redeemed and didn't work out

So that's why I think they are doing the direct thing with preferred shareholders one on one is my guess

there was a poster on this board said he got calls about preferred maybe he can call the COO and find out himself and get back to us

the last sale on preferred on the exchange was $3 which is much higher then the $1.60 back in December - so I am guessing that could be the redemption price ??? who knows
