the Magna Equity exchange deal was originally intended to reduce preferred shares but diluted common instead

all I know is when I asked them is Rockwell calling preferred shareholders and trying to buy out the preferred, so said NO , they have never authorized Rockwell or anyone 3rd party to attempt to redeem preferred shares but they have talked to Rockwell and that they are the only ones authorized to do any redemptions

then they asked me if I was a preferred shareholder - I said no I am not just common

they acted surprised like so why are you asking then kind of pause


he said if I owned preferred shares the COO would like to talk to you directly

that implied to me - they are the ones directly trying to retire the preferred shares -themselves not thru any 3rd party
