It would be enlightening to know if the FDA is communicating with BIEL during this delay. Maybe this delay is because of the lack of expected additional data from BIEL. If so, then surely that fact would be reported publically, by BIEL, right? But on the other hand, if the FDA is saying nothing to BIEL and just stonewalling (delay, delay, delay), then what would be their motive? Well, I think this board knows where my suspicions lie regarding that question. Yes that's right! There is a good chance they are carrying water for BIG PHARMA! Let's hope that's not the case, but it's certainly plausible.
