Don't get me wrong...Baltia will have an Annual Shareholders Meeting like the CEO stated, But here is the link for the real OTC Pink guidelines... don't see any requirement for an annual meeting in the OTC pink guidelines.
Some get the OTC Pink requirement twisted with other stock listing requirements! The guidelines are lengthy though so maybe I missed it! Let me know if anyone finds that an annual meeting with shareholders is required in the guidelines? But it really doesn't matter since Baltia stated they are intending to have a meeting!
