Can someone explain to me why it is a big deal for the CEO to sell 650,000 shares? I mean... it seems like peanuts... The CEO of a company sold 25,000 dollars worth of stock (650,000 shares @ 0.25) or whatever ballpark figure...

There's 300 some million shares of AGTK out there... A newbie investor can buy and sell 25,000 dollars of stock and no one would bat an eye at any level...

So this form 4 with FRIEDMAN BARRY MICHAEL's name stamped on it (AGTK CEO)

insert-text-here

Can someone explain why this is or is not important... I would like to understand.

Thanks!
