Ok trying to find out what it was. Just 2015 the float was 280k. that was the low float due to the 1 for 100 RS years ago. RS price was over 3.50 a share. but since no RM over years it got sold down but as u can tell on historical chart not many shares ever hit the actual trading float. prob less than 50k or maybe even less.

Now these were the numbers from Sept. 2016

You see now OS was 2.3 mil float 280k for YEARS


Takeover 2016


New CEO and co issue the 20 mil for whoever is involved



From my experience when a co takes over a shell that RS and had such a low float they would DOUBLE RS it. Plus if they had wanted to they could of just did it already or they would of mentioned it in a 8k or we would of seen the NV filing.


I think of all the low float shells in past 10 years and ive looked at just about all of them, i think ive seen only a handful of stocks actually do double RS... the other couple did RS before shares even traded so those dont count. I think actually just 2 did it. One of BF-TI and forget the other one
